Summary:
1. Ensures that paint processes are maintained and running effectively for production.
2. Observe machines and equipment for malfunction and adjusts or repair, or direct maintenance to make adjustments or repairs.
3. Work with maintenance on machine & equipment set ups for 1st piece qualification.
4. Resolves issues which are affecting paint shop quality or throughput (review data, determine root cause, develop implementation plans)
5. Good knowledge of pipe fitting practices, conveyor repair and robotics ABB & Durr (is a must).
6. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
7. Ability read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
8. PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
1. Nationality: German, American or Chinese.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
3. Minimum of 10 years or up of experience as Maintenance Coordinator/Supervisor in automated painting line DURR and ABB Robots in the automotive industry. Knowledge in Paint Application & LacTec experience.
4. Minimum of 10 years or up of experience in Paint Booth design and Maintenance.
5. Ability to read/create Technical Drawings and Specifications.
6. Knowledge of manufacturing tools as Six Sigma, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, 5´s.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement preventive maintenance routines for robots, conveyors and installations in the painting line.
2. Design and implement predictive maintenance routines for robots, conveyors and installations in the painting line.
3. Develop and implement critic spare parts for robots, conveyors, cabins and installations in the painting line.
4. Follow up of the critic spare parts purchasing.
5. Participate in the daily, weekly meetings.
6. Design and develop training plan for technicians.
7. Design and implement autonomous maintenance (1st level).
8. Follow up of the KPI assigned to the painting line.
9. Provide recommendations for application equipment improvements to enhance performance and reduce cost or for updates to the system verification manuals and troubleshooting methods.
10. Design, develop and follow up of the maintenance budget expenses.
11. Accomplish and develop of the Safety procedures (HSE) with safety department.
