We devote ourselves to B2C exporting business, and have built Songmics, our self-owned brand,on Amazon, eBay and other international third-party e-commerce platforms. Ziel is one of the earliest enterprises in China which engaged in B2C foreign trade business.

The product lines range from home organizers,makeup and jewelry organizers to outdoor and sports equipments and so on.The products are sold on Amazon in the United States, Canada, Germany, France, England, Italy, Spain and Japan. Ziel is the best household product seller on Amazon in European market, and was rated as Amazon Universal Seller in 2017, Ziel obtained a jointly capital increase by IDG, a top venture capital organization, and Anker Innovation, a well-known cross-border e-commerce company in 2018. There are over 500 people in the team, among whom more than 80% have bachelor degree or above. The language team is made up of more than 60 people and covers German, French, Spanish, Italian, and English and native speakers of the above languages. In order to further enhance language skills and customer service experience, we invite more foreigners to join us.

Maintain client relationships in German-speaking countries, improve service quality, increase repurchase rate, and enhance brand awareness.

Job descriptions:


1. Provide good customer service, quickly handle and accurately reply to customers' emails, including providing pre-sale consultation, order tracking information and answering after-sales issues;

2. Properly handle customer complaints and disputes, improve customer satisfaction and account favorable rates, and maintain good account status;

3. Collect customer related data, participate in customer service satisfaction promotion planning and implementation;

4. Give feedback to superiors about questions or solutions collected, communicate with relevant departments, and improve team efficiency and overall coordination;

5. According to the company's business plan, implement activities to increase customer conversion rate, repeat purchase rate and customer loyalty;

6. Complete other work arranged by supervisor efficiently.



Requirements:


1. Native German speaker;

2. Bachelor's Degree or above;

3. Having great communicating, writing and editing skills;

4. Having good patience and sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and execution ability, and good team spirit;

5. Having experience engaging in cross-border e-commerce (B2C) is the best.
