Reporting to IT Global Deployment Manager - The primary area of responsibility will be SAP Production Planning (PP), responsible for the day-to-day SAP and non-SAP functional support for the business units.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP PP configuration experience as a functional consultant. SAP QM experience is
nice to have but not mandatory.
3. Ability to analyze problems (IT functional side) and provide clear recommendations for a reported problem.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Strong MS Excel, Power Point skills.
6. Ability to communication, written and verbal skills at all levels of the organization.7. Strong business acumen to facilitate group discussions, present in front of an audience and/or group, and ability to
articulate thoughts in a methodical and constructive manner.
8. Business knowledge and process design skills.
9. Able to collaborate with business managers and have a strong desire to excel.10. Must be able to work independently on configuration & custom developments, as well as a team player and can
manage own workload.
11. Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
12. Reading and understanding of ABAP code, preferred.
13. Some travel might be required.

1. Good understanding of PP, PM, QM and inbound/outbound communication with SAP.
2. ECC PM.1. Responsible for execution of business production support process and incident resolution.
2. Ability to do end to end functional process analysis, functional specifications, configuration and documentation.
3. Requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and debugging of the ERP system.
4. Employs and leverages strategic ERP best practice solutions & communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within related
modules.
5. Provide user training and education for business process design and improvements.6. Implementing corrective actions and creating SAP documentation where needed as part of the Center of Excellence
(COE) Provide ABAP support and enhance multiple modules within SAP, including custom and delivered programs.
