China Children's Press & Publication Group (CCPPG) is the largest children's press and publication house, established by consolidating China Teenagers Press (founded in 1951) and China Children's Publishing House (founded in 1956). According to the 2012 and 2013 Press and Publication Report developed by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, CCPPG ranked first in terms of total economic activities among all children's publishers in China.

CCPPG owns 5 newspapers and 11 magazines with annual circulation of over 140 million copies (2013). Infant Pictorial and Pre-School Pictorial targeting children aged 0-7 have over two million readers in China. The recurring characters, Red Kangaroo, Fire Hat Rooster and Jumpy Frog, have become familiar friends for millions of children. Children Literature , a leading children's magazine launched in 1963, has given hundreds of millions tweens and teenagers a most enjoyable reading time, accompanying them through the good and bad days of their youth.

CCPPG publishes over 1,500 titles annually with around 500 new titles, covering a full range of picture books, comic books, juvenile and young adult fictions and historical titles for young readers. Our books are wellreceived by readers for their originality, value and exceptional quality. While most of our books originate in China we are also proud publishers of The Adventure of Tintin , Astrid Lindgren's works, Le Petit Nicholas books as well as our exciting new CCPPG World Library which brings the best international picture books to Chinese children.

CCPPG has transformed from an information provider to an information service provider and we have developed many quality digital products usable on PC, iPad, Kindle and smart phones. We are a leader in children's digital publications in China. Other than our publishing business, we run the largest specialist children's book store in China, Juvenile & Children Reading Experience Wonderland located in our office building. Reading promotion activities are organized regularly including performance reading shows.
