Job Profile:

​1. Primary drama teacher.
2. Secondary school music/drama teacher(can do both music and drama is better. If can only teach one subject, then we prefer drama students are Grade7-9).
3. ELA teacher (students are Grade7-10).
4. High school Business and ELA teacher (IB experience is preffered, students are Grade 10-12).

Location：Shenyang/Benxi, Liaoning province;
Contract：2 years contract renewable by mutual consent.


Job Details:

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement lesson plans following the school’s curriculum, aims, and vision.

  2. Assess and analyze students’ academic progress utilizing specified procedures.

  3. Utilize data analysis to drive instruction.

  4. Provide relevant academic and behavioral data to stakeholders including students, parents, and Heads of Primary.

  5. Work collaboratively with other staff members to develop common unit plans and assessment strategies, share resources, etc,.

  6. Assist with various student supervision duties such as at lunch or recess.

  7. Assist with after-school clubs and/or extracurricular activities at least 2 times per week.

  8. Assist with rotating evening boarding student duties from 18:30 – 20:00 once every 2 weeks.

  9. Participate in regular faculty, parent-teacher, and professional development meetings.

  10. Represent the school at events, open days, workshops, as well as any media events.

Requirements

  1. Strong English communication skills.
  2. Ability to develop and implement lessons utilizing a variety of resources.
  3. Ability to provide instruction in a variety of primary subjects (English, math, science, and/or social studies).
  4. Degree(s) in Education, Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, and/or English.
  5. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a KG to 6th grade school setting as a full-time classroom teacher.
  6. Teaching licenses/certifications from home countries.
