Job Profile:

As Recruiting Project Manager, you need to lead and drive specific domain with large volume recruiting needs from different region/business model across ByteDance(Tiktok) globally. The ideal candidate will bring both strong Recruiting expertise and project management, either from in-house related global recruiting role or RPO management experience.


Job Details:
In this role, you will work with all levels of HRBP and hiring managers/stakeholders in specific domain(tech/sales etc) to drive recruiting strategies and solutions into our recruiting delivery program. You will enjoy a wide variety of diverse hands-on involvement in these areas:
  1. Stakeholder Management - maintain and strengthen our strategic partnership with HRBP, hiring managers, external vendor, and cross-function team.
  2. Staff Management - manage and develop talent sourcing specialist team and provide recruiting expert guide, act the problem solving pilot to drive the effectiveness & efficiency.
  3. Business Partner-Cooperate actively with HRBP and other recruiting stakeholders to ensure a good understanding about business and adjust sourcing strategy and channel timely.
  4. Operations - manage staffing program ROI, KPI measurement and operational excellence.
  5. Recruitment - source, identify and interview assigned region/domain candidates for permanent, temporary to hire, and direct hire placement.
Job Requirements:
  1. 5-10 years of progressive experience preferably from the staffing industry (Recruiting, Account Management, RPO, executive search).
  2. Must have strong communication skills in both written and oral English language.
  3. Extensive recruiting experience from IT, high-tech, internet industry etc.
  4. Bachelor's Degree or above.
