The primary responsibility of the Individuals and Society Teacher is to deliver and promote Business
Management / Commerce at the middle and senior within the School. This includes a particular focus on developing a pathway to, and teaching, IB Diploma Business Management or Economics.

Native (Fluent) English speaker
PGCE or a Bachelor Degree (Master) in: Education (Business Management, Economics，Commerce)
Demonstrated knowledge and at least two (2) years’ experience in teaching senior high school classes (Equivalent IB, IGCSE or VCE experience preferred)
Ability to live within a foreign country for an extended period
Eligible to be granted a work visa for China
Ability to form a rapport with students and staff to build collaborative working relationships
Good verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
Bilingual Mandarin/English an advantage
Sensitivity to the requirements of working in an international setting with non-English speaking families and colleagues.
Teaching licenses/certifications from home countries
