Job Description：

1.        Student age: high school students

2.        Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 on weekdays, 40h/week, incl. 15-20h teaching hours

3.        Providing interactive and meaningful learning material to students, maintaining positive learning environment for active participation of students, assigning homework, and conducting class tests for analyzing their progress

4.        Implementing and delivering quality instruction to students and executing the instructional program by demanding higher order thinking activities from students in a progressive manner

5.        Designing the curriculum that challenges the learning ability of students and ensuring overall development of language

6.        Preparing home assignments and test materials, evaluating the tests' results, and creating innovative methods of teaching as per the students' varying backgrounds, learning style, and grasping power

7.        Providing learning material and language reference books to the students, utilizing available resources in school curriculum to monitor, access, and evaluate students' learning abilities

Requirements:

1.        Native-English Speaker

2.        Teaching credentials, Teacher License or TEFL/ TESOL certificate

3.        BA degree with 3 or more years teaching experience（IB curriculum preferred）or Master or above

4.        Committed to teaching and international education

5.        Confident in teaching your subject and engaging each student in learning

6.        Responsible for yourself, responsive to and respectful of others

7.        Reflective as a learner to develop your practice

8.        Innovative and equipped for new and future challenges

9.        Engaged intellectually, professionally and socially, ready to make a difference

10.    Experience in working with students’ college application essay is preferred

Salary and Benefit: 

1.        RMB 25K-30K per month

2.        10000CNY per academic year for flight allowance

3.        2000 CNY house allowance per month
