Job Profile:

Reporting to the USA SDN Senior Director, this role is responsible for working with existing SDN partners, strategic recruitment of new regional SDN Partners into NetSuite's SDN Partner Programme, becoming the single point of contact for the regional Sales team and delivering the recruitment and partnering strategy for the Hong Kong / China region.


Job Details:

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Working with Product Management and the sales team, identify prospective partners for the Asia region.
  • Approach identified ISVs and sell them on the benefits of partnering with NetSuite. Manage the entire business development track and bring partners on board.
  • Work with key partners to co-create and execute sales and marketing strategies. Report progress to ANZ and SDN management.
  • Build and maintain strong positive working relationships with the ANZ team, global SDN team, the Singapore direct and channel sales teams and Product Development.
  • Develop long-term relationships with NetSuite INDIA/SINGAPORECHINA/SIN Solution Provider partners and introduce them to SDN partners.
  • Be the single SDN point of contact for Singapore sales people and introduce them the appropriate SDN partners for their customer deals.
  • Track regional referrals, leads and deals with SDN partners to ensure influenced revenue is captured.
  • Ensure local NetSuite teams are trained and using the correct referral process for the SDN partners.
  • Conduct periodic review of goals and plans with top ISV partners and take corrective action as needed.
  • Educate ISV partners on the effective use of all SDN program benefits.
  • Become trusted advisor to Sales to act as the enabler to the Singapore Direct and Channel teams, whilst managing enthusiastic partners expectations for direct engagement.
  • Deliver local marketing activities according to the ANZ plan and work with the French marketing team to support local events, speak at them and potentially do booth duty at shows. 
  • Management of the regional Inbound queue to qualify partner requests and work with sales, product and SDN to decide which partners to sign up. 


Qualifications:

1. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. 

2. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 

3. 8 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. 

4. Marketing and business development experience preferred. 

5. Business and account planning implementation experience. 

6. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. 

7. Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to negotiate and close complex deals. 

8. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
