Job Profile:

TikTok is looking for a full-time Insights Partner. This role will partner primarily with our business marketing team and external research vendors to help plan and deliver world-class research that can drive our voice to the market . In addition, this role will partner with our Measurement Partners, Data Scientists, Marketing Creatives, and user-growth teams to further align on clear research questions, practical methods, and a focus on scale with hypothesis-driven story-telling.


Job Details:
What you will do:
  1. You will be leading and co-developing with Business Marketing research projects that may touch consumer or creative insights where your ability to bring in unique ways to build research hypotheses will empower the quality of your work.
  2. Represent the company at industry events, webinars , or other places where your work can come to life
  3. Help shape the structure of how this Insights function will contribute to the Global Marketing Solutions organization
A successful candidate must have:
  1. 6-8 years relevant industry experience
  2. A track record of 4+ years implementing and managing insights programs for complex organizations. - Familiarity with industry research on digital platforms and research providers highly preferred
  3. Relevant bachelor's degree in a research field with a focus on quantitative methods; graduate degree's in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, behavioral psychology,or survey-based research methods is strongly preferred
  4. Experience with advertising research suppliers in United States and / or Europe is a must
  5. Exceptional time and goal-oriented task management skills are a must
  6. Excellent external communication and succinct writing skills are a must
  7. Examples of going above and beyond to show how research drives behavior change inside an organization is a strong plus
  8. Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
  9. Intellectual curiosity with the latest research and operational methods needed for this role
  10. Exceptional budget requisition and management, in addition to experience in reviewing research contracts is highly preferred
  11. Experience with SQL, HIVE, R and other statistical packages is preferredR and other statistical packages is preferredR and other statistical packages is preferred
