Job Profile:

1. Organize, and Assist the regional customers for meeting at Head Quarter with top management and arranging factory visit

2. Support orders entry in CRM/SAP system and tracking the approval process with various departments.

3. Coordinate with internal supply chain, finance, and legal department for contract development and signing,

4. Support contract translation Vietnamese language

4. Preparing commercial documents and follow up with the customer for payment collection.

5. Coordinate with the customer and internal departments for the capacity booking, special internal approvals and order tracking.

6. Coordination with the logistics team and the shipping line to assure the timely dispatch of the shipping documents to the customers.


Job Details:

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Prompt resolution of issues relating to quotations and shipping documents
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks/projects as required
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to manage a process with high attention to detail
  • Logical thinking with good ability to solve problems
  • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude
  • High level of numeracy
  • Customer service delivery focused
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills who adapts well to a fast-paced environment, providing a high degree of service and responsiveness to our customer and business needs
  • Must be flexible, dependable and have a willingness to learn
