1. Develop local pricing strategy and insight to enable fast market share growth and profitability maximization;
2. Analyze country level and store level financial performance, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures, and develop key recommendations to maximize growth and profitability, and provide insights to improve decision making and accountability to Regional leadership;
3. Partner close with regional sales and operations team to understand business operations and accurately forecast China P&L.

Requirements:

1. At least 5-8 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or related financial management field;
2. Bachelor’s in finance, business, or other technical field preferred;
3. Expert financial modeling skills;
4. Strong written and verbal communication;
5. High self-motivation;
6. Fluent in English and mandarin, multi-culture experience (US, China), work experience in both US and China preferred.
