Title: International Wellness Coordinator / International Health Liaison / Nurse

Location:Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, Anji, Zhejiang, China
Reports to: Medical Director

Key Responsibilities

·       Support resort guests before and during their wellness programs, including schedule explanation, appointment coordination and guest follow-up.

·       Act as a communication bridge between guests, doctors, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, fitness coaches and guest relations teams.

·       Help guests understand their daily wellness journey, including consultations, treatments, fitness sessions, nutrition plans and recovery time.

·       Provide compassionate, discreet and professional guest support throughout the stay.

·       Assist the medical team with clinical coordination, documentation and guest communication.

·       Monitor guest comfort and escalate concerns to medical staff when appropriate.

·       Support health education conversations in a general, non-diagnostic manner, within the scope allowed by the resort.

·       For properly licensed nurses only: perform approved nursing duties in accordance with Chinese regulations, internal protocols and medical supervision.

Requirements

·       Background in nursing, wellness coordination, health hospitality, medical tourism, preventive health, rehabilitation, longevity clinics or luxury wellness resorts.

·       Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred.

·       Strong empathy, discretion and ability to communicate health-related information clearly and calmly.

·       Experience working with international patients or wellness guests preferred.

·       Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.

·       Must understand and respect clinical boundaries, confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

·       Must be eligible for legal employment in China.

·       For nursing duties: valid and recognized nursing qualification/registration must be confirmed before appointment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• International nurse, wellness coordinator, patient liaison, health concierge or medical tourism coordinator.
• Experience in luxury clinics, longevity centers, wellness resorts, private hospitals or international medical centers.
• Already based in China or experienced in China/Asia healthcare or hospitality environments.
