Responsibilities
-Management of projects for the development of new chip platforms in the field of AlGaInP chip technology
-Supervision of rollout projects as part of the platform development
-Elaboration and testing of new chip concepts and designs
-Consolidation of the development of individual processes
-Integration of process sequences in the production chain and transfer to production
-Sustainable, systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and process
-In-depth analysis of the parameters influencing component properties

Who we are looking for
-Successfully completed (technical) university degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science or a comparable technical / natural science degree
-Several years of professional experience and / or a relevant doctorate
-Experience in the field of semiconductor industry, preferably in LED chip development 
-Several years of experience in managing complex projects, project management curriculum desirable
-Organizational skills, assertiveness and the ability to lead teams, communicative and team-oriented personality
