The headquarters of Audi China, established in 2009, are located in the Chinese capital of Beijing. Audi China coordinates and pools Audi’s activities in China.

AUDI AG is represented in China by a joint venture and a fully owned subsidiary. The Audi Q5, Audi A4L and Audi A6L models are produced in the FAW-VW joint venture in Changchun. In addition, Audi will begin production at a new FAW-VW site in the southern Chinese city of Foshan in 2013. Models from the A3 family will roll off the assembly lines there.

Job Details:
Job Purpose/Role
  • This position defines the strategic positioning of Audi China for its employer brand and hence plan and lead the HR marketing activities to increase the attractiveness
  • Further responsibilities are to review, design, develop and refine of company C&B policies and programs to increase their effectiveness and attractiveness
  • Additionally it is necessary to enrich and enhance the learning and development offerings of Audi China
  • To review Audi China HR systems, continuously enrich and improve the HR systems/data support are further responsibilities
  • Just as to build up effective internal communication channels to improve transparent information flow and employee's satisfaction
  • Finally it is important to lead and develop the HR System/CoE team in terms of performance management and competence development


Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Wide HR horizen or in-depth exposure to topics as C&B, learning & development, recruitment and employer branding, HR System, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy and cooperation
  • Innovative and improvement
  • Leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Skilled in Office tools, i.e. Excel, Presentation, Project
  • HR system knowledge required, i.e. SAP, etc.
