Job Descriptions:

The English Lead Teacher is responsible and accountable for the activities and outcomes of the appropriate classroom. The incumbent will coordinate classroom personnel in the conduct of classroom activities.

1) Oversees and participates in the designing, creating, and assessing of innovative activities and enhancing existing curriculum

2) Creates and maintains a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for children during school hours

3) Oversees and maintains the observation, assessment and recording of the students’ growth and development throughout the entire school year

4) Maintains classroom students’ individual and class journals

5) Updates parents about their child’s experience at school in writing and in person

6) Manages classroom budget as well as monitors classroom purchases

7) Cooperates and supports the classroom teaching team

8) Collaborates with the school leadership and other staff members on developing and maintaining the overall success of the school

Qualifications:

1) A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, Education or Early

2) Childhood Education preferred

3) Two years of experience as a lead teacher, kindergarten setting preferred. Or hold relevant teaching certificates （ such as TEFL、 TESOL、 DELTA、 CELTA）

4) Native English speaker

Salary and Benefits：

1．Salary Range：12800-20800（before tax） RMB per month

2．Accommodation Allowance（ need provide invoice）：4K RMB per month
