Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global-to-local marketing strategies tailored for beauty and FMCG products

• Localize and optimize marketing campaigns for emerging markets and digital platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in FMCG, beauty, or a related field

• Strong command of English (written, spoken, and reading proficiency required)

• Demonstrated passion for brand building, innovation, and cultural adaptation

• Interest or experience in South Asian markets, especially India and Sri Lanka

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (marketing, business, or related field preferred)
