Overseas After Sales Service Engineer
Job duties.
1、Responsible for after-sales service within the three-pack period of the product.
2、Responsible for warranty spare parts and sales spare parts handling, spare parts (three packages, purchase) plan.
3、Responsible for agents, customers' technical training and marketing technical support.
4, responsible for the collection of market information, customer experience and timely feedback.
Basic requirements.
1、Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and electrical related majors.
2、1-3 years of work experience in commissioning and after-sales service of construction machinery products.
3、Hydraulic and electrical theory knowledge;
4、Good communication and coordination skills, strong service consciousness, can accept global work abroad.
