1.Manage a team of test automation engineers located in Beijing & Chengdu
2.Establish test automation coverage metrics and tracking
3.Lead Lenovo Global eCommerce auto test for both UI & Function side
4.Define and maintain the test automation scope and schedule for the various testing types under agile model
5.Analyze and report on test automation progress
6.Perform hands on test scripts development as necessary
