Title: Movement Coach

Location:Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, Anji, Zhejiang, China
Reports to: Movement Manager

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct guest fitness consultations and basic movement assessments within the approved scope of practice.

·       Design and deliver personalized fitness, strength, mobility, stretching, posture, recovery and low-impact movement sessions.

·       Lead individual and small-group classes, such as functional training, mobility, stretching, core training, light strength training, breathing, recovery or wellness movement.

·       Support guests with safe, appropriate exercise guidance based on their goals, age, condition and wellness program.

·       Coordinate with medical, wellbeing, nutrition and guest experience teams where appropriate.

·       Maintain a safe, clean and premium fitness environment.

·       Track guest preferences, progress and feedback during their stay.

·       Support the creation of wellness retreats, group classes, special programs and guest engagement activities.

·       Represent the resort’s international luxury wellness positioning through polished service, professionalism and personal presence.

Requirements

·       Certified personal trainer, fitness coach, movement coach, Pilates instructor, yoga instructor, rehabilitation fitness trainer or similar; Recognized certification preferred.

·       CPR/AED certification strongly preferred.

·       Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred.

·       Experience with luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, private fitness clubs, longevity clinics or high-end personal training preferred.

·       Strong understanding of safe training principles, mobility, recovery and guest-specific adaptation.

·       Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills and calm guest-facing manner.

·       Must be eligible for legal employment in China.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• International fitness professional already based in China or Asia.
• Experience working with mature, high-net-worth or health-conscious clients.
• Able to deliver both technical fitness coaching and warm luxury guest interaction.
• Additional background in Pilates, yoga, mobility, corrective exercise, physiotherapy support or wellness retreat programming would be valuable.
