A successful candidate with Ph.D should have solid experience in biomedical sciences and technology, strong background in immunology, protein biochemistry, structural biology, directed evolution, or other relevant disciplines, and preferably a prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Protein based pharmaceutical technology experience is to provide sound technical leadership in our protein-based biotech RD.

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of protein technology trends and developments and make decisions
• Ensure that the technological resources meet the company's needs, and are used efficiently, profitably and securely
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
• Acting as a mentor to team members.
• Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a leader
• Strategic thinking and ability to delegate efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with Chinese.
• Ph.D degree in Biomedical or Biochemical Sciences.
• More than 10 years of direct experience with protein-based pharmaceutical industrial is a plus
