Hiring a Senior HR Manager, based in Tirupati, India, to Organize and manage HR team, Establish HR process system and e-HR system.

Role Essentials:


Location: Tirupati(India branch of this company)

Communication Target: MD, HRD, Chineses team, Employee, Vendors, Public Official

Direct Supervisor: Human Resource Director

Direct Subordinate: Human Resource Supervisor, Human Resource Specialist, Administrative Logistics Specialist

Position Purpose: Organize and manage HR team, Establish HR process system and e-HR system

Responsibilities

 

HR Strategic Planning(20%):

Skilled in planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development. Evaluated and reported on HR issues, opportunities and development initiatives.Develop HR related systems and regulations.

 

Talent Acquisition & Management(30%):

Manpower analysis, Manpower rationalisation and plan for business verticals as per business plan.  Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Depts.

 

Compensation & Benefits(30%):

Designing of Compensation Structures, Allowances, Benefits & Compensation Structure simplification, keeping in mind various statutory compliances.  Cost impact analysis during compensation & benefits policy formation or proposing changes in existing structure. Salary Benchmarking and analytical skills.

 

HR Operations(20%):

Handling disciplinary procedures including domestic enquiries and conciliation proceedings. Effective Management of Payroll processing, Provident fund (P.F.). ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour welfare fund etc. Monitoring Wages Code, salary disbursement of Employees, returns, challans etc.

 

Qualifications

 

Education(20%):

Bachelor degree or above, major in management or psychology.

 

Experience(30%):

Over 8 years HR and admin working experience, At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with all HR functions.

 

Skill(30%):

Good facilitation and communication skill, Good interpersonal skill, Good data analysis skill.

 

Other(20%):

E-HR system specialist.
