Job Description
Your daily operations consist of:

● Building intercultural and mutually-beneficial relationships with international candidates and local clients

● Assessing and responding to the hiring needs of the clients to guarantee an outstanding and timely recruitment service

● Managing and building the whole candidate process from sourcing stages to offer stages and beyond

● Offering guidance regarding CVs and interview advice to candidates

● Managing and prioritizing a heavy workload

● 80% home base work and 20% office base work

● Good access to ZOOM meeting to keep an online all time collaborating with the team

The Successful Applicant
We hire people from various backgrounds who are familiar with Chinese companies and business culture: HR, media, law, marketing, education, consultancy, but also PR, and language.
