ByteDance is one of the first companies worldwide to apply AI Machine Learning technology to main products on a large scale. Alongside its flagship product Toutiao, the largest news aggregator platform in China, ByteDance has also developed a diverse portfolio of products that are popular around the world, including Douyin, one of the largest mobile video apps in China, TikTok, TopBuzz, and Vigo Video.

1. Create and review customer-facing content (in English) on a key product, including sales collateral, presentations, videos, documentations, training materials, and more;
2. Work with product managers to deeply understand the value proposition of the product and create content accordingly;
3. Work with the global sales and marketing teams and participate in customer meetings to understand customer needs; assist with the planning and execution of regional go-to-market campaigns;
4. Provide consistent and timely internal launch communication on the product to all global customer-facing teams;
5. Help maintain a central repository of product-related content.
