Job Profile:

1、 Identify the PITAKA brand spirit and its business model.
2、 Coordinating and overseeing all PITAKA social media accounts to ensure use is driving business outcomes, coherent messaging to users and sharing of best practices across staff.
3、 Demonstrably contributing to key business KPIs including commercial sales targets (related media buying throw social media) through collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues.
4、Creating and nurturing online communities through sharing relevant content, promoting discussion, engaging in conversations and encouraging interaction from users with the social media agencies.
5、Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand style and product content. Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology.
6、Discover and manage influencers and new media channels sharing same branding spirit with PITAKA.
7、 Strategize on how to optimize posts for higher engagement as well as follower growth through influencer-ran giveaways and paid social strategy.
8、 Build relationships with key community members, primarily influencers, content creators, partners and other brand advocates.
9、 Measure and report performance of all community activities with detailed data analysis, ROI and KPIs.
10、 Follow up other Marketing activities to better assist in community aspects.

Job Details:


1、 Natural authentic story-telling and visual communicator with a genuine love for the high-tech and gadgets industry. Bachelor degree or above.

2、 3+ years of experience in community, social media, or KOL management.

3、 Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Story Insights.

4、 Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations.

5、 Creative-mind and comfortable in finding new ideas and walk the talk, confident with popular online topics and discussions.

6 、Candidate must be gadgets & accessories fever guy or Apple enthusiast.

7、This position requires a very good organization and requires good stress management.

8、Teamwork, Team spirit, Responsible, Good communication, Efficient, Sociable, reliable, attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver. Good knowledge in website, digital and e-commerce promotion.
