Job Profile:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) aims to grow the business operations of the company by introducing new clientele, managing the client experience and developing innovative ways to increase revenues across multiple business lines.
The BDM reports to the senior management team (SMT), specifically the Director of International Services and Director of Moving Services. Reporting to the BDM are the Corporate Coordinators and Corporate Sales Team.


Job Details:

Responsibilities

1. Develop a growth strategy focused on meeting financial targets.

2. Conduct research to identify new clients, markets and customer needs.

3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and close new business’ deals.

4. Promote the company’s services in multiple markets.

5. Build long term relationships with new and existing clients.

6. Assist with the development of procedures, policies and standards to improve business productivity.

7. Maintain an orderly workflow according to business plan priorities.


Requirements

1. Proven success in a business development or corporate management role.

2. Written and spoken proficiency in English and Chinese; other language is a significant advantage.

3. Strong telephone and client-facing communication

4. Negotiation skills.

5. Knowledge of corporate mobility or HR functions

6. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.

7. The ability to think strategically and implement new ideas.

8. Customer service orientation.

9. An undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
