The institute founded in 2011 is committed to providing 3~12-year-olds with FT taught English classes. Job Details:

Responsibilities:

● Student age range: mainly 2-6 years old.

● Class size: 6 students in one class.

● Class length: 40 minutes containing various creative teaching techniques.

● Working hours: 35 hours including teaching hours, trainings, meetings, marketing and office hours (a sample work week is Monday to Friday with 3-5 classes and Saturday and Sunday with 6-9 classes). You'll have 5 standard working days which include Saturdays and Sundays and two days off which will be on the weekdays.

● Curriculum: HATS ON TOP, Happy Campers, Brainwave.etc.

● Initial training: During this week your hotel accommodation is paid for

● Training: On-going training throughout the year which will be provided by the Academic Department (Foreign and Chinese)


Requirements:

● Speaks English at an Idiomatic level

● Degree: BA or above

● Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.

● Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to Chengdu, Guiyang, Nanning, Changsha or Kunming.


Compensation Packages:

● Base Salary: 17,000 -18,500 RMB. Kunming city, the base salary is 14,000-15,500 RMB (before tax)

● Housing: Monthly stipend 2,000 RMB (before tax)

● Signing Bonus: 6000 RMB before tax (paid in the first month's salary)

● Visa: Assistance in legal Z Work Visa in your home country and in China

● On boarding: The school will provide airport pick-up and apartment searching, opening. Chinese bank account and SIM card

● Flight Allowance: 6000 RMB before tax (paid in the last month's salary)

● Relocation Allowance: 5,000 RMB after 3 months of working and another 5,000 RMB after 6 months of working (before tax)

● Different cities have different allowance : up to 4000 RMB

● Insurance: Basic health and accident insurance

● Contract completion bonus: 3000-15000 RMB (calculated by teacher's performance data)

● Paid leave includes: Annual leave (10 days), Marital leave (3 days), Nursing leave (5 days), Bereavement Leave (5 days), and Public holiday (15 days)

● Demo class bonus: 100 RMB for each student signed up

● Renewal bonus: 50 RMB for each student renew 3 month classes, 200 RMB for each student renew 1-year classes

● Class Bonus: For each week, if the teaching units of the Employee exceeds 30, the Employee will get paid 150 RMB for each extra teaching unit as overtime and calculated weekly

● Free TEFL Study: 3000 RMB (ONLY for the teachers who take the TEFL training in China)
