Job Profile:

For our office in Athens we are looking for a new Consumer Sales Representative to join our team. These will be your responsibilities:
1. Managing relationships with major local and international Channels/Retailers with main goal of growing SoW (share of wallet) at main partners
2. Engage Retailers and Distributors to develop the end to end process for success in the market
3. Developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for the complete ownership of the Sales Process at the selected Channles/Retails
4. Achieving all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Channels
5. Leading a cultures shift from low-end segments to premium vendor status with special focus on gamer and high-end portfolio management.
6. Putting in place processes and procedures to ensure that major Retail Partner accounts are handled in the most effective way
7. Leading a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one of long term proactive relationship building
8. Defines and Reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Lenovo’s Retail Business growth targets
9. Building and delivering a ‘meaningful’ business model that is both transparent and robust.
10. Work with marketing to develop quarterly co-marketing plan at partners.
11. Actively engage in yearly Consumer marketing activities done by marketing team.
12. Focuses on forecasting and pipeline-management
13. Analyzes situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, and assesses opportunities impacts and risks.
General Experience:
1. Understands the Retail Partner’s business to effectively perform account management
2. Develops relationship to promote understanding of the Retail Partner’s goals and objectives
3. Demonstrable track record of achieving business results as an individual contributor
4. Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Retail sales strategy
5. Proven ability to win new business, develop existing Retail Partner relationship and execute effective trade marketing programs
6. Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry
7. Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and procedures
8. Knowledge of organized retails
9. Business finance experience is essential


Job Details:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree
2. Around 5 years of sales management experience within the technology hardware industry, with some exposure to high volume sales
3. Fluency in Business English
4. Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high volume technology related company
5. In-depth understanding of Channel and Retial management with multinational businesses
6. Understanding of IT systems and IT industry players
7. Experience of introducing operational vigor, from a process and control perspective, to a multi-functional, multi-disciplined sales team
8. Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment
9. Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
