Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for relationship management of commercial banks or authoritative financial institutions in the Philippines. Familiar with digital lending products (i.e. personal loan product or credit card), originate financial solutions for different external clients;
2. Provide support to CEO on strategic relationships as well as independently develop relationships with executives and influencers in digital lending or banking ecosystems in the Philippines;
3. Responsible for new business development and expansion of existing relationships;
4. Focus on Q&V's success drivers and corporate goals through collaboration with appropriate business units and smart risk taking.
   

Requirements:

1. 5+ years related experience;
2. Experience and network in tech startup ecosystem, preferably in the Philippines digital lending or banking ecosystem;
3. Prior experience in a lending capacity to venture backed technology companies or operating experience with a digital lending company or at a larger Financial Institution, a plus;
4. Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and marketing;
5. Strong focus and ownership on overall client experience;
6. Knowledge of bank operation and product is a plus;
7. Bachelor’s degree above or equivalent;
8. Proficient in English and Filipino, Chinese is plus.
   

Salary: 20,000-30,000PHP/month
