Responsibilities

1. Public Relation: Reach more users, build trust and keep them engaged

- Social Media: (Facebook, Forum, YouTube...) administration and expansion of our community’s network

- Creative: Conduct the production of media contents or create them for PR works or collaborations

- Customer service: Answer questions and solve issues from players through our system, moderation platforms, and social media

2. Localization: Achieve the best linguistic / cultural quality required for French market

- Translation/Proofreading: Translate, review, proofread and test game-related texts in your language to a high-quality standard.

- Editing: Write, proofread and adapt marketing materials

Requirements

1.High interest and knowledge in video games and mobile games in the French market

2.Minimum bachelor degree, and at least 1 year of work experience in social media, moderation, or localization in video game industry

3.Excellent French writing skills

4.Conversational/fluent English and Chinese are preferred

5.Computer skills: Word, Excel, Google tools, Photoshop

6.Deep understanding of native country’s game industry, culture and community

7.Strong interpersonal skills and capable of working with a diverse team from different countries/ cultures

8.Creativity is a must
