1. Teaching English to children (age group 3-16), be able to provide high quality and professional teaching selection;
2. Be able to cultivate children to have an interest in studying English, to help children have great study methods and habits;
3. To have a good rapport with parents, and be able to build long-term partnerships in keeping a high satisfaction rate with them;
4. Able to collaborate with School staff and follow the schedule;
5. Willingness to follow Principle’s instructions;
6. Working hours:

• The Employee will be required to work 5 days, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off a week, these 2 days off might not be scheduled together;
• The Employee's working hours may be scheduled between 09:00 to 21:00.

Requirements:

1. English as their first language, age around 20-40 years’ old;
2. Completed undergraduate, bachelor or Higher Education, Teaching and Educational type of majors are preferred;
3. Teaching certification and permit/ Registration;
4. At least one or more years of English related teaching experience;
5. Friendly and kind personality, have the enthusiasm in teaching;
6. Patient and positive working attitude with a careful and respectable working ethic.

Salary & Benefits:

1. After becoming a regular employee, 24-hour personal accident insurance will be included in a foreign teacher’s package;
2. Public Holidays: The employee will have the Chinese national holidays off. If the Employee's scheduled day(s) off fall on a public holiday the Employee will be entitled to the equivalent number of days holiday in lieu;
3. The employee will get  7 days paid holidays and  2 days Christmas, (Dec.25th and Dec.26th);
4. Salary:14K-18K after tax.
