We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst that can independently coordinate the management of Monterrey's on site tech-facilities process and its continuous administration and maintenance to ensure their uninterrupted operation for DiDi’s platforms operation in the LATAM region. The Tech Support Analyst owns the accountability of the end to end network administration process for DiDi’s Corporate Offices. The Tech Support Analyst will support the maintenance of systems and applications within DiDi.
