Job Summary:

• Live and push the realization of talent development strategy to meet the business needs and to create a deliberately developmental culture ensuring continuous growth to allow the organization to become dream employer.
• Train and facilitate talent development programs, ensure learning content and experience can be improved continuously.
• Assist developing talent development programs.

Responsibilities:

• Train and facilitate talent development programs, including development of all learning materials, implement effectively evaluation to ensure continuous improvement.
• Design and making training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentation points, assisting materials, etc.
• Deliver training and facilitation for ongoing sessions to drive deliberate practice and behavior change
• Manage TD program relevant resources, including learning community.
• Other responsibilities assigned

Qualifications:

• Deeply understand talent development strategy with rich experience and understanding of adult learning needs.
• At least 10 years working experience, include 5 years professional trainer experience.
• Confident to interact with partners and senior leaders, influence without authority
• Good facilitation skills with rich facilitation experience
• Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking

Education:

• Bachelor degree and above. Major in psychology or science area is preferred.
