Salary and Benefits Package
The pay scale is based on academic qualifications and working experiences.
The package includes base salary, PD, flight allowance, housing allowance, medical insurance, free meals , tuition discount (50%), full attendance bonus, contract renewal bonus equal to one month’s salary, and working visa application fee reimbursement.

Job Details:
Job Description:
a. Assist IEC in International Teacher recruitment, including posting recruitment advertisements, selecting resumes, contacting candidates, participating in interviews, drafting interview records, answering questions of International Teachers, negotiating salary, and finally giving feedback.


b. Assist IEC in communicating with International Teachers on daily life issues, tracking and dealing with International Teachers' emergencies, etc., to ensure that International Teachers understand their work and work happily and comfortably in the school.


c. Assist IEC in the daily management of International Teachers, and supervise the attendance of International Teachers and the performance of their employment contracts. If International Teachers ask for leave, their classes need to be covered by the Foreign Vice-Principal, there will be no extra fees for covering classes, it is a job responsibility of the Foreign Vice-Principal.


d. Assist IEC to hold International Teachers' Meetings from time to time and collect opinions and suggestions from International Teachers towards all departments. As soon as there is a problem between the International Teachers and the school, the Foreign Vice-Principle shall communicate it immediately to make sure that both sides can understand each other.


e. During the probation period, comprehensively evaluate the foreign teachers, and send the comprehensive opinions to the IEC, which will decide whether the International Teacher will pass the probation period.


f. At the end of each semester, writing evaluation report according to the situation of each International Teacher, and make detailed explanations and comments on the performance of each International Teacher's contract. Communicate with International Teachers whose performance is not good enough to meet the requirements of the school during the contract period, and urge them to correct until they meet the requirements of all departments and schools.

g. Assist the school administrative team and International Teachers in communication, reply to some basic questions raised by teachers, communicate with school administrative staff or teachers when necessary, and timely communicate with relevant personnel of each department when related problems are involved.


h. Assist IEC to communicate with foreign teachers regarding on contract renewals, and eventually promote foreign teachers to renew their contract.


i. Assist the school in admission activities, marketing activities, article planning and writing.


j. Assist the school in providing IB training for International Teachers, and participated in the PYP school application process.


k. Assist the school in delivering relevant regulations, and urge International Teachers to comply with relevant rules.


l. Participate in school curriculum development


m. Organize foreign teachers to actively participate in various activities of the school, including Sports Day, Stage Performance, etc.


n. Assist the Department Principal in the daily management of the primary school.


o. Other work that is required by the school.
