Job Profile:

Midea Microwave and Cleaning Appliance Division is looking for a senior HRBP to join our excellent HR team. He/she is going to lead a HR team to provide startegic support to R&D engineering department .


Job Details:
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and implement HR soluctions according to Business' short/mid/long term strategy;
  2. Take charge of HR funcitons in recuriting/training/performance appraisal/remuneration .
Requirements:
  1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in management subject;
  2. 5 years' HR experience, at least 2 years experice in recruiting;
  3. Good interpersonal communication skills ,open mind,and easy-going;
  4. Be fluent in English and Chinese speaking and writing.
