Job Details:

Job description:

1. Prepare for every lesson before the class, and ensure that classes start at the scheduled time. Teach according to guidelines provided by the company.

2. Use teaching software after training.
3. Submit lesson plans for each week to the Academic Manager every Sunday.
4. Attend compulsory weekly workshops.
5. Provide feedback on his/her observations of students to the supervisory teacher.
6. Communicate with parents of students with the help of local teacher if necessary concerning the welfare of individual students.

7. Endeavor to give every child the opportunity to reach their potential and meet high expectations.


Job requirements:

1. Native English speakers with bachelor degree or higher.

2. A passion for education.
3. More than two years teaching experience.
4. Standard pronunciation and good at motivating kids’ interesting learning.
5. Teaching qualifications such as TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred.
6. Be honest、caring、responsible、progressive、creative and cooperative.
7. Willing to work full time: 32 working hours per week including 20 hours teaching hours and 12 office hours.

Salary&Benefits:

1. Competitive salary (14000-25000RMB per month, depends on qualifications)

2. Accommodation assistance and allowance (2000RMB per month)
3. Flight allowance (8000RMB after one year contract ends)
4. 2 weeks paid vacation plus Chinese public holidays and Christmas 1 day off (Every year as the number of years working in the company increases, the employee gets an additional day of annual leave）
