Required skills:

• Relevant professional qualification, e.g. International Compliance Association Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering or Compliance is desirable.
• Relevant experience preferably acquired in an international law firm, although other professional services or financial services firms will be considered
• Prior experience analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest and managing confidential information issues would be desirable
• An understanding of Elite and any conflict checking systems is desirable.
• Able to analyze low to medium difficulty legal issues, producing accurate and reasoned opinions on a range of regulatory issues.
• Knowledge and understanding of Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and an ability to apply them in practice is desirable and in particular understand Chapters 3 and 4 in more detail.
