We are looking for a new colleague for Quality team Division U at our loctaion in Yokohama.


Job Details:
Your Tasks
  1. Expertise in ASPICE Translates relevant quality requirements (customer, government, etc) into the project and defines quality goals for the project in collaboration with Principal Project Team.Reviews, analyzes (as applicable) and approves requirements analysis for quality related requirements.Reviews and approves test plan for quality relates test items as input for VPL.
  2. Develops, releases and ensures execution according of Project Quality Assurance Plan. Leads creation of Project Quality Assurance Plan to achieve quality targets.Reviews and updates as needed per project scope and timing.Defines regular quality checks within the project based on customer requirements, project complexity, product maturity, project type, etc. according to defined framework.Ensures execution of quality checks within the project (ie Work Package Reviews, Design Reviews, Process Compliance Checks, etc).Conducts detailed reviews as needed.Drives project team to solve issues and holds team accountable for commitments.
  3. Escalates as needed to guarantee project quality is ensured.Leads problem resolution approaches in the project.Drives proper usage of problem-solving methodologies in the project.Ensures resulting quality of output.Coaches team to ensure fundamental root cause definition and sustainable countermeasure implementation.
  4. Gatekeeper to ensure organizational quality in the project.Oversees overall quality assurance in the project together with the Principal Project Team.Monitors daily working modes and outputs of the team and recommends / drives improvements with the EPM.Ensures internal gate requirements are achieved and stops deliveries if safety is not assured.Escalates immediately as needed.Acts as the first gatekeeper for organizational quality assurance and has the authority to stop technical deliveries / releases and require escalation.
  5. Leads project level preparation for internal / external ASPICE audits.Responsible to ensure project readiness.Serves as the primary customer contact for quality related matters in the project as it relates to documentation, tools, processes, etc.
Your Profile
  1. Degree in Engineering At least 7 years of applied experience in Quality Management (TS16949/QS9000 or ISO, ASPICE)
  2. A thorough understanding of the ASPICE V2.5 and V3.0 and related Quality Standards Knowledge of APQP Process, process improvements, in-process audits, 8D methodology.
  3. Experience in working with multiple customers globally on process improvement initiatives.Experience in Automotive processes especially in areas of Systems Engineering domain.
  4. Clear, concise and open written and verbal communication containing appropriate detail with all stakeholders is necessary for success.Analysis of data and the ability to plan for positive and negative trends is required.
  5. Providing leadership to teams engaged in problem solving or innovative participation in the group is critical for success.
