Job Profile:

Clinique La Prairie Health Resort Anji is seeking an International Guest Relations Officer to provide a refined, warm and highly personalized arrival-to-departure experience for international and premium domestic guests.

This role is ideal for an internationally minded hospitality professional with luxury hotel, wellness resort, private club, airline, concierge or guest relations experience. The successful candidate will act as a visible host for the resort, helping guests feel welcomed, understood and cared for throughout their stay.

Candidates already based in China or with prior China/Asia experience will be strongly preferred. All appointments are subject to China work-permit and regulatory requirements.


Job Details:

Title: (International) Guest Relations Officer

Location:Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, Anji, Zhejiang, China
Reports to: Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist international and VIP guests during arrival, check-in, orientation, stay and departure.
  • Provide highly personalized guest support, including itinerary explanation, resort navigation, wellness program coordination and general enquiries.
  • Act as a cultural and language bridge between international guests and internal resort teams.
  • Handle guest feedback, special requests and minor complaints with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Medical Wellness and Fitness teams.
  • Support guest experience touchpoints, including pre-arrival communication, welcome amenities, daily guest follow-up and departure farewell.
  • Maintain accurate guest preference records to support repeat visits and personalized service.
  • Represent the resort’s luxury wellness positioning with polished grooming, etiquette and communication.

Requirements

  • International hospitality, guest relations, luxury resort, airline, concierge or private club experience preferred.
  • Fluent English required; conversational Mandarin strongly preferred. Other languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and service awareness.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth, international and wellness-focused guests.
  • Professional appearance, calm manner and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in China or Asia is a strong advantage.
  • Must be eligible for legal employment in China.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Currently based in China or already familiar with the China hospitality market.
  • Experience in 5-star hotels, wellness resorts, medical wellness, luxury retail, premium aviation or private membership clubs.
  • Able to create a warm “international host” presence without being overly formal.
