I. Background
The 14th Five-Year Plan of the People's Republic of China explicitly proposes to accelerate the integration and application of digital technology in the field of medical and healthcare, and to promote the biomedical industry to the high end of the global value chain. Hebei Province's “Implementation Opinions on Supporting the Construction of Xiongan New Area as a Future Health City” emphasizes the need to focus on the four major directions of smart healthcare, innovative medicines and devices, medical-industrial crossover, and wellness and healthcare integration, to build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei healthcare collaborative innovation plateau.

Xiongan New Area, as the core carrying area for the relocation of non-capital functions, accelerates the construction of a four-in-one innovation ecosystem of “technology-scene-capital-policy” by relying on the 2nd Xiongan Future City Scenarios Healthcare Technology Application Competition. With the competition as a link, this forum promotes innovative technologies from laboratory to industrialization through three modules: policy interpretation in the main forum, technical seminars in the sub-forum, and enterprise promotion and players' roadshow, builds a platform for domestic and foreign enterprises, experts and scholars to communicate and cooperate, helps the medical and healthcare industry in Xiongan New Area and even in Hebei Province to flourish, and builds a global leading medical and healthcare innovation ecosystem.

II. Purpose of the Forum

This forum aims to accelerate the transformation and application of cutting-edge technologies in the field of medical and healthcare and help Xiongan New Area build an international medical and healthcare innovation hub by bringing together the world's top technologies, industrial resources and policy wisdom.

1. Build a synergistic platform for government, industry, academia, research and utilization.
