Job Responsibilities
1. Quantity surveying and undertaking complex problems. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
2. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender. Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
3. To follow up on the accounts department for paymentReview the quantities item listed
4. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
5. Checking measurements Bill certificationPreparing reconciliation statements
6. Good in MS office and AutoCAD software.
7. Make report with PowerPoint according to department’s work and communicate with the owner

Requirements
1. Experience in the construction industry is the best.
2. Good language skills in both English & Chinese.
3. Accept on-site work and have excellent communication and coordination skills.
4. Diploma and degree in BBS  or engineering management associate major, any additional certificates related to the position will be an added advantage.
5. No expelled/dismiss/terminate from the company due to work problems or corruption.
6. Good sense of confidentiality. 
7. Easily understanding and cooperative with each other. Proficient knowledge in software such as Auto Cad & Rebar Cad preferred.
8. Skilled office software, especially the making and the demonstration of PowerPoint.
