Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2 years teaching experience or similar

• 120 - hour TEFL certificate (two-year experience equals TEFL) or other equivalent certificate such as CELTA / TESOL (or willing to obtain one)

Responsibilities:

1.Providing American Literature education services to middle school students . Instructs students, maintains student discipline and is responsible for student academic achievement.

2. Selecting teaching materials or textbooks. Deciding on teaching plans, overall-control and ensuring smooth-running of the whole teaching process.

3. Joining the teaching on language training, such as TOEFL, IELTS and other academic English etc;

4. To ensure that all students are known by name and that the classroom atmosphere is positive at all times;

5. To participate in appropriate meetings with colleagues and parents

Salary:

• Salary commensurate with experience, plus an excellent benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance plan, daily lunch.
• RMB ¥ 200,00-RMB ¥ 350,000 (Before Taxes) /Annual and additional RMB ¥ 10,000bonus for postgraduate degree holder.
• Salary is paid at monthly basis.
• On-campus accommodation will be provided upon requested.
• One set of return trips back to the US from China annually could be discussed.
