Requirements:

1. Native-English Speaker

2. Teaching credentials, Teacher License or TEFL/ TESOL certificate

3. BA degree with 3 or more years teaching experience(IB curriculum preferred), Master or above

4. Committed to teaching and international education

5. Confident in teaching your subject and engaging each student in learning

6. Responsible for yourself, responsive to and respectful of others

7. Reflective as a learner to develop your practice

8. Innovative and equipped for new and future challenges

9. Engaged intellectually, professionally and socially, ready to make a difference

10. Experience in working with students’ college application essay is preferred

C&B Package:  RMB 25K-30K per month

1. 10000CNY per academic year for flight allowance

2. 2000 CNY house allowance per month

3. Breakfast and Lunch provided by school
