Job Profile:

This role is fully responsible for HR Dept. to maintain effective interaction with Headquarter HR.


Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

· Formulate HR planning based on the company's strategy, be responsible for building the company's human resource system and perfecting the construction of talent echelon;

· Establish personnel management system, and be responsible for drafting, modifying and improving HR related management systems and work processes;

· Create recruitment plan according to the recruitment scheme, organize and execute recruitment, and set up a recruitment data management system;

· Establish and improve the training system and process, formulate reasonable training and channels for promotion of employees ,and ensure continuity and maintenance of these systems;

· Responsible for the construction of corporate culture and team atmosphere, enhance team cohesion, and establish a positive and harmonious team atmosphere;

· Manage employee relationships, establish good employee communication channels, and comply with laws and regulations to avoid labor risks;

· Provide suggestions regarding HR management to the senior decision makers.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Chinese and English;

· More than 5 years of HR working experience, and more than 3 years of HR management experience;

· Good at recruitment, familiar with all-module work of HR;

· Familiar with national and local labor and personnel regulations and policies;

· A high degree of responsibility, professionalism, good organization, coordination and communication skills.
