Job Responsibilities:

1. Personally assess each student's level of ability to ensure appropriate placement

2. Teach elementary to high school level English (Verbal/Oral/Comprehensive)

3. Prepare and distribute instructional materials for classroom/homework use

4. Communicate with program director/site coordinator regarding apparent barriers to student success

5. Prepare monthly reports on students’ attendance and progress (or as required)

6. Coordinate with program director regarding next steps in student's progress toward their goals

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited foreign institution

2. Proven ability to work diligently both autonomously and as part of a team

3. Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish rapport with students, parents, instructors and co-workers

4. Enthusiasm about education

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills

6. Strong work ethic and high ethical standards
