1. Act as an interface between the customer and product development as well as a key relationship builder within the battery materials industry to identify, develop and benchmark new applications / technologies opportunities.
2. Enhance customer proximity to ensure appropriate technical information flow between customer and BASF to drive development of the competitive product technology platforms and long-term innovation pipeline.
3. Establish and develop a global technical management team of technical account management, application technology, as well as innovation management (incl. IP & Licensing management and portfolio management) to grow technical capability for BU’s strategic growth.
4. This position has a seat on the Global BU Leadership Team. The role serves as a main point of contact for the battery materials technology topics and has to act and connect in the global BU organization.
