Job Profile:

Managing the product ranges by developing and implementing a plan for each assigned product range, with clear sales, market share, revenue and margin objectives to achieve in the short, medium and long term, oversee the product lines life cycle and anticipate any problems, conducted product & price management activities including analysis and follow up of the local market ( needs, competition, prices and share), examining current and new product groups and establishing competitive offering and features for product lineand range updates, establish Product Evaluation and testing procedures and conduct test to with competetive machines, analyze company and competitor sales mix, prioritize projects to complete the product lineup, improve current product offerings to ensure they meet customer needs and market demands in terms of performance, features and pricing, maximize product performance, continuously evaluate price positioning and market penetration elements of the marketing mix, close coordination and communication with the commercial sales team, responsible in New Product Launches. establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to work in a constructive and cooperative manner.

Requirements:

1. Experience in markieting brands, with at least 3 years within a key leadership, ability to work autonomously while aligning direction with HQ and cross functional teams.

2. Capable of cultivating a strong team environment across regions and functions.

3. Ability to lead by example as a coach and mentor to others

4. Track record of innovation and delivering results against tight deadlines, ezceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations, strong planning, prioritization, budgetary and project management competencies

5. Able to travel as needed: work flexible hours/days of week and weekends.
