Lan-bridge is a Chinese translation and interpretation company based in London and China. We were founded in Chengdu in 2000 to cater to the increasing demand for translation services as more and more foreign companies invested in China, and as Chinese companies began to cooperate with partners all over the globe.
Lan-bridge sets high standards for itself and was the first translation company in China to be awarded the ISO9001:2000 quality management assurance certificate, which we renewed in 2019. We have been recognised as one of the top ten language service providers in China by the Translators Association of China, in 2009, 2010 and 2012. Position: Human Resources and Administration Manager

岗位职责:
1. 参与公司战略及经营决策的制定,统筹管理人力行政战略规划,统筹人才资源的全周期管理、后勤行政事务的整体协调执行以及安全环保工作的监督落实。
2. 优化人力资源配置,支持员工职业发展,维护办公环境、保障物资供应及日常行政服务,确保公司运营高效顺畅。
3. 确保工作场所安全标准与环保措施的实施,守护员工福祉,履行企业社会责任。
岗位要求:
1. 泰籍,持有相关人力资源管理或行政管理的学士学位;熟悉人力资源管理、劳动法、行政运作流程。
2.有人事或行政管理工作经验,当地人优先,其他地区愿意到罗勇工业园工作的人亦可;
3.具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力及团队协作精神;能够独立思考与解决问题,具备良好的分析能力;
4.中文或英文能达到工作水平,如熟练应用中文者更佳。
