Job Profile:

1. 2 year program: 2-3 rotational assignments including cross-regional business opportunities, innovative business development involvement, internal business operation & management implementation OR marketing & PR activities;

2. Intense leadership exposure with senior executives on their top-priority business initiatives in a multi-national culture that provides strong opportunities for growth;

3. Several rounds of in-class educational curriculums that develop sales, marketing and financial competencies;

4. Active coaching throughout the program in regards to sales/negotiation/financial skill;

5. Engaged with strong GCG & GCG community;


Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop cross-regional business opportunities, close deals and deliver sales revenue with time-bonded manner;
  • Proactively and innovatively develop corporate new business strategy and implement practicable Sales/BD/Marketing tools to achieve the strategic objectives;
  • Evolving understanding on PV industry even energy sector to deliver market dynamics and corporate monthly/quarterly meeting materials;
  • Accompany senior executives for hi-level business meetings, summarize the key points and convey to concerned parties on time;
  • Smooth the communications flow within sales/marketing department across different regions when necessary.


Qualification Criterias:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • 2-5 years’ sales related well performed experience in B2B industry (energy sector preferred);
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as cross-cultural skills;
  • Willing to frequently travel domestically and globally;
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent team worker;
  • Native-like fluency in English, Trilingual (French /Arabic /Germany /Português /Japanese/Korean) is preferred.
