Job Profile:

The Contract Recruiter will be primarily responsible for supporting the lending organization’s internal business groups as well as overall general operation groups.


Job Details:

Main Tasks

  1. The selected individual will work with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the various business group and should be extremely well versed in technical recruiting.
  2. This position is a contract recruiting position based in the east bay. Occasional travel to other operations facilities may be needed.
  3. Ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced, fluid work environment with internal clients (aka Business Partners, or Hiring Manager’s) while staying calm, cool and collected in what may be a demanding or challenging work environment at times.
  4. This is a skilled, mid to senior level contract recruiter position where knowledge and expertise with senior and executive management will be required. This role will require the recruiter to be extremely confident in his/her expertise and know how to communicate effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
  5. Excellent follow up and follow through are musts! The selected candidate will be very organized and extremely savvy in direct communication with leaders and hiring managers to provide timely recruiting updates.
  6. This role will be approximately 50% sourcing efforts and 50% recruiting, scheduling, face to face meetings, and reporting.
  7. While the primary function will be general recruiting for retail lending roles, this role will also support technical positions as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Must have retail lending recruiting experience
  2. Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience
  4. Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present
  5. Knowledge of HRIS applications (Cornerstone On-Demand a plus) and ATS Systems
  6. Knowledge of ADP
  7. Project Management
